BBQ (barbeque) meals cooked on the weekend out the backyard or in
a park, a few friends around, or just family, can gather a lot of
saturated fat and oil, depending on what you're cooking.
We've collated a nice
selection of delicious, yet healthy BBQ dishes that you can eat
without the greasy feeling left on your fingers! Less fat and less
oil for your afternoons!
First thing to
remember is with all BBQ'd (barbequed) meat, make sure when you
take them off the BBQ plate or grill, you put the meat and onions
onto paper towel sheets on a meal plate. Each layer of meat you
put on the plate (and paper towels), ensure you put 1 - 2 paper
towels between them - like a lasagna (the paper towel is like the
pasta sheets) to let the excess oil drain onto the paper.
