Fast Low Fat
Breakfast Wrap
Enjoy this low fat breakfast wrap plain and
simple, or add a spoonful of salsa.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 whole egg
- 2 egg whites
- 1 low fat flour tortilla
- 1 tbsp reduced fat shredded cheese
PREPARATION:
Whisk egg and egg whites together in a small
bowl. Cook eggs in a small nonstick skillet until desired
consistency.
Place a tortilla wrap between two damp
sheets of kitchen paper. Put in microwave for 10-15 seconds
to warm.
Spoon egg along center of the tortilla wrap.
Sprinkle cheese on top of egg and roll up.
