Healthy Chicken
Spaghetti
4 boneless whole chicken breasts, sliced
into strips
2 capsicums, cut into strips
10 grape tomatoes (or cherry tomatoes), cut in half
1 bottle low fat Italian salad dressing
Cooked spaghetti
Stir fry chicken and capsicum strips until
chicken is near done and capsicum is still slightly crunchy.
Add salad dressing and simmer for about 10
minutes.
Add tomatoes during the last 5 minutes, just
to heat them.
Prepare spaghetti according to packet
instructions.
Spoon out chicken mixture onto cooked
spaghetti. |
