Pork is often portrayed as high in saturated fat - when it's bacon etc.

The actual meat in pork is quite lean and healthy enough that we should be eating at least one serve of lean pork a week!

When cooking with bacon, remove ALL the fat and make sure you drain the bacon - and you're actually eating pretty healthy iron-rich lean pork!
