Lean Salmon Cheese Dip |
1 cup low-fat cottage cheese
1 teaspoon chopped chives
2 cups fresh broccoli florets
1/2 cup mashed canned salmon
1/2 teaspoon dried dill
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 cup plain low-fat yoghurt
Combine cottage cheese, salmon, dill weed and paprika. Stir in
yoghurt and chives. Serve in bowl surrounded with broccoli florets.
