Just because someone
is a vegetarian doesn't mean they have to miss out on the
delicious taste of food! It also doesn't mean that when you're
cooking vegetarian meals, you have to add heaps of oil to be able
to keep the flavor up from those 'bland vegetables'! Not at
all.
You can still cook
delicious lean vegetarian meals, snacks etc without the worry. We
have a collection of different lean and healthy vegetarian recipes
all the way to vegan!
